Fabric is knitted through immaculate, thorough proceeses so as to control color fastness and shrinkage. Fabric is in a heavy weight of 300GSM, terry knit, giving a solid fall and durability. Fabric is soft flow dyed resulting in deep, soild tone colors. Fabric goes through a silicon softener wash to give a soft handsfeel and also bio wash to give a clear surface with a nice sheen. Finished Hoodie goes through an exclusive Optic Wash, to give it the unique vintage look. To create close to zero tolearance of shrinkage, fabric panels are first cut to go through a wash to arrest shrinkage. Only after the wash process is complete that stitching of garments begins. This creates a range of Pre Shrunk Tees, that will maintain its dimesions, throughout its use. Durby Rib for sleeve cuff and bottom hem in a heavier GSM, giving both stretchability and enhanced durability. Compact Stitching all around with SPI between 11-12.
